Terms of Service

Last updated 29 September 2026

These terms cover your use of Orbit and Orbit Recruit (together, "Orbit"), built and operated by Induuce ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using Orbit, you agree to them.

What Orbit is

Orbit is a workspace for running client work, content, sales and hiring. Orbit Recruit is a standalone version built only for recruiting: roles, candidates, companies, interviews and placements. Each company that signs up gets its own private workspace (a "tenant"); we don't mix one company's data with another's.

Your account

  • You're responsible for what happens under your account and for keeping your login details to yourself.
  • You need to give us accurate information when you sign up, and keep it reasonably up to date.
  • You're responsible for the accounts you create for your own teammates and for what they do in your workspace.

Your data

Anything you or your team upload (client records, candidate CVs, tasks, invoices, documents) stays yours. We don't claim ownership of it, and we don't use it to train anything or sell it to anyone. You're responsible for having the right to upload and process the personal data you put into Orbit (candidate CVs, client contacts, and so on); see our Privacy Policy for how we handle it on our end.

Acceptable use

Don't use Orbit to:

  • Break the law, or infringe anyone else's rights.
  • Send spam, or email people who haven't agreed to hear from you.
  • Try to access another tenant's workspace or data.
  • Disrupt or overload the service, or attempt to reverse-engineer it.

We can suspend or close an account that does any of this.

Sending email on your behalf

Orbit Recruit sends emails to candidates and interview panelists on behalf of the recruiting agency running that workspace (invitations, stage updates, and so on). You're responsible for the content of the emails you send through Orbit and for having a legitimate reason to email the people you're emailing.

Availability

We aim to keep Orbit up and running, but we don't guarantee it'll be available every minute of every day. We'll do our best to give notice before planned downtime.

Ending your account

You can stop using Orbit at any time. If you close your account, your workspace and its data are deleted. This can't be undone, so export anything you want to keep first.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as Orbit changes. We'll update the date at the top when we do.
