What is Orbit Recruit?
Orbit Recruit is an applicant tracking system (ATS) and recruiting platform built for recruitment agencies. It manages job roles, candidate pipelines, CV uploads, interviews, a talent pool and placement invoices in one workspace.
Who is Orbit Recruit for?
Recruitment agencies and recruiters who place candidates with client companies, as well as small in-house hiring teams. It is built for teams that run several roles at once and need to keep candidates, companies and fees organised.
Is there a free applicant tracking system plan?
Yes. The Free plan includes up to 5 team seats, 10 active open roles, 200 CV uploads a month, a talent pool of up to 500 candidates and 10 video interviews a month. No credit card is needed to start.
How much do the paid plans cost?
Pro is $25 a month and Pro Max is $75 a month. In Nigeria the same plans are priced in naira at ₦25,000 and ₦50,000 a month. Both paid plans include a 7-day free trial.
How does CV parsing work?
Upload CVs in PDF or Word format, one or many at a time. Orbit reads each file, fills in the candidate's name, email and phone number, and makes the full CV text searchable so you can find someone by a skill or job title.
Can candidates apply online?
Yes. Every role has its own apply link you can share anywhere. You can also publish a careers page that lists only the roles you choose. Applicants get an instant confirmation email and a private link to check where their application stands.
